Sold us a 2012 bmw 328i with a passenger restraint malfunction then the car’s engine block gave out in less than 10 months. Dealership will not resolve the issue after repeated attempts to contact them. Horrible customer service & experience - especially from the managers.
My family and I had to rush and leave due to a mandatory evacuation for hurricane Michael. We left for Montgomery, Al and since we were there we decided to take our car to the local BMW dealer due to the rough idol. When I called there Renee (I believe was her name) was very helpful at getting us set up with an apt. I never have a good experience at the Montgomery dealership. 4 hour basic oil change with appointment. 4 hours to change out one tire with an appointment. Traded in a leased vehicle on a new lease and they sent the payment to BMW finance three months later, I started receiving harassing phone calls from a collection agency. (Short story version) After BMW Montgomery over nighted another check and everything was cleared up, NO ONE apologized!

They have had my car since 3 May and can not figure out the problem. Bought it in for a vibration issue. Mother came to pick it up a few days later a light was on the dashboard. Was told it would be ready the 7 June to drive to Atlanta was told it needed a road test. Because that’s to Fargo drive and something happens. No loaner was offered these 30 days of inconvenience. I leased a car from BMW of Montgomery in September of last year. Loved my salesman, Kentavius, and he did a good job. This is not a cheap car and yet the way customer service policies are there, you would think it was. Coming from dealing with a Mercedes dealership into this has been disappointing, to say the least. When I first got the car I was told someone would train me on all the bells and whistles. I took a whole day and went up there. At this point I am totally dissatisfied in the recent service at BMW of Montgomery. I initially had some brake work done last month at BMW of Montgomery and to this day I have been back three times due to a squealing sound when I apply my brakes, I am continuing to hear the squealing sound when I break. Very unhappy about this. !!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are great when you go in to buy a vehicle from them...service and return calls after the sell when you need something is non existent. I have tried since January 2017 to have a rebate on a gap insurance and warranty refunded to me after a trade in and I am still waiting. Very disappointed....I will never do business with them again.

BMW montg has very poor customer Services and does unnecessary repairs on your vehicle until finally they are able to diagnose the problem. But they expect you to pay for their screw ups. I also have a Lexus and the Lexus dealership the complete opposite.. My 750i has been by far the worst investment ever. I would Never purchase another BMW due to the Service they provide, the lack of Knowledge of their vehicle and the poor or lack of proper communication.. And by the way the 7series are the worst BMW.
