2006 X3 Service A "simple" battery replacement but it was handled quickly and professionally, including a shuttle ride to and from the dealership. And that new facility is gorgeous
Accomplishing a recall We were very impressed with BMW working with our schedule and efficiently taking care of the airbag recall.
Great place to get a car! BMW is new to me but I just purchased a wonderful new M240i after buyer education from Phyllis who is an excellent salesperson. Everyone at the Anchorage dealer was very kind, well informed and efficient . . . I could not be happier. I only down rated the dealership because they are in the midst of a remodel so the physical facility and access is a mess. I'm sure this will clear up with time/effort <g>. Now I have a new favorite dealership!

Some experience! I wasn't looking forward talking to sales. Curt Zakrzewski was my client adviser. Curt was very knowledgeable (expected), but his unassuming, not pushy or asserting mannerisms quickly relaxed me. I asked questions repeatedly, even questions I was embarrassed to bring up. He always answered patiently. respectfully. Throughout the many test drives, in various weather conditions, he educated me not only on the products, but on leasing, payment options, answering my "what ifs", giving the pros and cons. Awesome service department Great service. Bruce in the service side is second to none. Friendly and very aware or the customers needs. Never have had an issue with him on board.
