BMW of Anchorage Alaska Very approachable & friendly people. Was called for service. Oil change was scheduled for Saturday. I was off for the afternoon. I just stop by to take a chance if my car will be squeeze in for oil change service. I spoke with Bruce at service department if there's an opening for an oil change. He walk around the shop & did squeeze in the service for my car. I save of not coming for early Saturday morning. This person knows what's he's doing & makes customer happy.
Feedback This was my first time at the Anchorage dealership and they were wonderful. Everything from the customer service to the quality of service!

Awesome service!! Ryen Richards was fun, knowledgeable, attentive, and enthusiastic! She knew what I liked and what I could afford, and which two-ton death machine was safest behind the wheel! Four stars!!!
Tim Woodall Service was excellent, communication were excellent Keven kept me informed on status of the car and service was performed quickly and professionally. All services performed were completely explained. The Service receptionist greeted me with a smile and pleasant attitude, was polite, courteous and made sure I was comfortable in the waiting reception area.
I am now a proud owner of a 2016 BMW =) I met with Jennifer last week to buy a BMW. She was amazing. Very friendly, gave great information and overall awesome experience. I would recommend her to anyone interested in BMWs. Thank you.
