BMW Service Service staff nice as always. I did not need a courtesy ride, however courtesy driver still greeted me and ensured I had warm coffee and cold water throughout my wait.

LOGAN IS FANTASTIC! Let me tell you...it was a horrible snowy day in Alaska and the last thing I wanted to do is have to car shop! I put in a lead on line and got Logan Carlos on the phone! He assured me that if I came to see him...it would be the last stop I would have to make. I spent more on a car then I wanted, but I felt confident in Logan enough to pull the trigger. I had an awesome experience and I cant sayenough great things about this man! Thank you!
