Fast Sevice with Shuttle Service I dropped my car off for routine maintenance and shuttle service was provided so that I could make it to work! My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and the shuttle service retrieved me from work as requested!
BMW of Anchorage My X5 was due for maintenance. BMW of Anchorage called with a reminder 3 weeks in advance. (Thanks Yolonda). My vehicle was completed in 2 hours. Shuttle pickup at the job in a new 2019 X5 (nice!). And there was my freshly washed X5 waiting for me. Thanks Nico. Class dealership all around.
Fabulous Sales Advisor I was so fortunate to have Ansel as my sales advisor again for this purchase. He is professional and an absolute gentleman. Most of all he was exceedingly patient with me during my indecisiveness on which vehicle I wanted.
Scheduled maintenance Overall, I pleased with the service provided. It did take a little longer than expected.
Review The entire Service Advisor staff are great; pleasant and highly professional. Nico was on duty during my visit and provided top notch customer service. He and Bruce are AWESOME!! The facilities are comfortable and its not unbearable if you chose to wait onsite during a service visit. LOVE my BMW & love the BMW staff.
Tires changed over Great service everyone was friendly! I just had snow tires out on burg they squeezed me in and got me out when I needed to leave!! Awesome service!!!

maintenance and service was in for normal maintenance that was free (I love free). the new showroom is beautiful and they said that the service drive in area should be completed soon, it's about time! Bruce, Nico, Allen and all the Advisors are top notch and professionals!
