The BMW service assistant manager Ruben Valdez was amazing and definitely puts his customer needs first! He was very welcoming and his hospitality was great! If you ever need service I strongly recommend him as he went above and beyond for me.

Gentleman was very knowledgeable and polite, helped reassured me they would help get me back on road safely.
