My experience at BMW Fresno was absolutely great. My friend originally recommended this dealership to me because he gets all of his BMW's there. The beginning of my process there were minor issues, but after speaking with Eddie he fixed everything plus more! My son's BMW was overheating and I had it towed to the dealership. I was met by Drago who did an excellent job. He worked with my warranty company to make sure that all of the issues were covered. He was very professional and great to work with. Really excellent service!
