I got to the dealership first thing in the morning (I come from out of town and got up and left home extra early) and was told that there was no appointment listed for me. Luckily I had my appointment confirmation e-mail so I was still able to get my car serviced. I utilized the shuttle to get to work and back. It was half an hour late picking me up after work, which I was not thrilled with. Other than that, I was happy with the service. My car was vacuumed out and they replaced my wiper blades free of charge.
It is always nice to be guided by an expert on cars especially when you are still confused what you want to get. I went to BMW Fresno to look for a car for my family and I met JJ... his expertise is undeniably awesome. JJ is the man.
