He gets my car serviced and back on the road faster than other advisors I have been with. He always makes times for your appointments and never rushes you. I’ve always had great service with BMW of Fresno from buying to maintaining my vehicles. As for purchasing Deo Has always shown great service and makes the the process simple and easy! And when I need to bring my cars in for service Ruben Valdez is always my Service Advisor of choice hands down! Always makes sure my cars are cared for properly and safely. Ruben is easy to work with when I have issues with my car and makes sure I leave with a smile every time!
My visit to BMW Fresno for service on my car was my first, and after my exceptional experience, will definitely not be the last. Ruben Valdez was remarkably kind, answering all my questions and keeping me informed about my car. I've never had such a helpful person attend to me during a service visit and could not be more satisfied! If anyone is coming to BMW Fresno and wants their car cared for, they should go to Ruben!
