I have never had as great service as I've experienced here at this dealership. I took my car in for service and was greeted by Bryan Payne. Brian was very pleasant and helpful. His knowledge and courteous service put me at ease. He explained all that I was to expect from the initial diagnosis to the steps that were taken to resolve the issue. Bryan is a great asset to your company and I recommend him to anyone that takes their car to BMW Fresno for service.
I had my BMW service here this past week. Bryan Payne was the person who took care of me. He not only greeted me with the amazing customer service but also made me feel like I was at the best place with my vehicle. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
