It use to be that you can drop in and get an oil change. Now it’s only by appointment and don’t bother calling on the weekends because there is no one there to schedule appointments! Sucks that they are the only BMW in Fresno. Time to find a new place!

Shit company, can’t get parts for recalls, would rather you buy a new turd from them.
They never have any courtesy cars available and the service has always been subpar. Considering BMW is a luxury brand, I've never gotten great service from here. Every time I go in, I'm always the one who has to reach out to a representative. The staff at the service desk is completely useless. One time when I asked about my car, instead of assisting me, the representative forced me to seek out an advisor myself, which was absolutely embarrassing. I believe this is poor customer service. Not a single employee returns your phone calls nor is available to speak with you on the phone, on a Thursday. This is insulting and quite concerning. Even C.J. Wilson is in a meeting. Reception refuses to inform him of this complaint.
They sold me a car that I've had to take back to them three different times for the check engine light being on Gabriel is such a sexist asshole!!! In fact, most of them are but especially this guy. Complete douche. I put $4000 on a defective car and get treated like shit. BMW of Fresno has no sense of respect, decency or quality customer service whatsoever. do not buy your car from here!
