I did not purchase my car here (thank god) but I have had my car serviced here several times and can tell you first hand how awful it is. I made a simple oil change appointment for Thursday August 25th at 9:30 am and dropped off my car at that time. I had asked for loner car, but there were none available,so I used the shuttle service. I purchased my 2006 M Roadster from Fresno BMW about ten years ago. It was a good experience. It's long since been paid off. Two years ago I bought a 2013 BMW X5 diesel from a private party. It was financed thru BMW. I paid off the car and paid the previous owner. BMW sent me the release of title and I have the car titled in WA state. Horrible customer service! They sold me a aftermarket warranty on a lease, which was suppose to be their BMW bumper to bumper warranty, through BMW North America. I didn't know until I went to turn in my lease that I did not in fact purchase the warranty I was originally told I was getting. No one at BMW Fresno would help and was extremely rude when I called to speak with management about it. To this day I still have not gotten a call back about the incident. Worst service experience of my life. Took my car in last Thursday December 15th. Told me it would be done the next day (Friday December 16th), but if not then Monday (December 19th). Then Monday rolls around and I get a call saying it's going to be yet another day. "I promise I'll have your car ready before noon tomorrow." NOW, after 4 days of waiting I'm offered a loaner car for one night. What's the point? You just wasted my whole weekend with no vehicle what's one more day now? Tuesday comes around. I have loved BMW'S for years purchased my first one at a small used car dealer and was treated better than BMW of Fresno has treated my Dad so far. He purchased a used 338i with 36,000 miles, still smells new. The sales tactics were low. My Dad being a elderly disabled Vet had me test drive it. I complained about the horrible rear window tint, so bad you can not see clearly out of it.
