lynn@thomaslakebuilder.com First of all, Eddy was a great service tech. However, the e-mail describing the check-in procedure was completely wrong; it was the same old "wait in the waiting area for the service tech" not "stay in your car for a few quick check-in questions." And I was informed that the service dept. does not wash the car right now (even the exterior only) due to Covid - which was such a cop-out excuse. My husband took his 2001 Mercedes for a recall last week and they washed his car, what a difference.
