Service Customer service was good but it took a while, over 39 min for me to receive the car although it has been ready hiurs earlier.

Feeling of buying a car Angela, the salesman, is very friendly and can speak Chinese. It's great for us. The whole process doesn't have to wait too long. Everyone is very nice!

Amazing Customer Service Time and time again I'm blown away by the customer service of BMW Monrovia.
