I recently decided to get my shifter knob replaced in my '99 BMW 328i, and decided to shop around for prices before I bought one. I checked eBay, Craigslist, forums, and finally checked the actual dealership. When I was looking online prices were $80+ for a cheaply made plastic one. Overall we have had a great experience dealling with Kruse Wartham and we love our vehicles. We would buy another car or truck with this dealler again. Great customer service and service has been good as well when we need to get in. Customer waiting area is very comfortable too.

I'm a serious buyer, but felt as though I was being regarded as an aggravation, rather than someone that actually wanted to buy a car from them. It could also be that my low tech brain on this high tech world wasn't grasping the program. There really doesn't seem to be any real car salesmen left in the world.
"Very dissatisfied " Everyone was nice but very pushy and did not care about my preferences they just cared about making commission on new cars. We ended up making a deal on a car then waited for 2 hours for a car detail that they never did. Finnaly we left with a dirty car that was literally running on fumes, had to go straight to the gas station. I will never be back and wont recommend to anyone ever
I love the car! Opted for the 6 speed manual transmission and would not want anything in a car that this Hyundai doesn't deliver.
I found a car online that was a great deal, but when I got there they said that one want safe to drive so proceeded to tell me the same model with more miles and two thousand more dollars because it was a year newer. Can you say bait and switch? Then, the day after I bought it the check engine light came on. It took two phone calls for them to offer to diagnose it got free. I recently bought a certified pre-owned BMW X5 from Dubuque Auto Plaza and feel compelled to warn others about my experience. I live several hundred miles from Dubuque, IA and was therefore buying the car without a test drive and having it shipped to me. I’ve done that twice before with two different BMW dealers and had a first class experience.
