We had a great experience purchasing our first new car thanks to Josh. For my wife's 50th birthday I couldn't think of a better gift. I have purchased a few automobiles from Kruse Warthan and my latest purchase of a Hyundai Tuscon was a great experience. The Sales Manager, Justin Weidemann is great to work with and very professional, courteous and follow up is superb. My wife and I had never owned a foreign car, when it as time to replace our mercury sable we came to Hyundai in Dubuque. A friend of mine has purchased 3 cars from this dealership and told us to go there. We worked with Josh Steger he was very knoledgable about and answered all of our questions. I purchased a 2012 Sante Fe a little over a month ago. Price was a little higher than I wanted when I went in but I am satisfied with the negotiations. This is the fourth vehicle I have either purchased or directly influenced the buyer at Kruse-Warthan and i have not been disappointed. Josh Steger was very good throughout the process and continues to answer my questions. Leasing our Altima from Adam was hands down the easiest car experience we ever had. He answered all of our questions, made us super comfortable then he showed us why he's called the singing salesman - he literally pulled out his guitar and sang us a song he wrote. The guys in finance were really great to deal with too, and I will definitely be leasing my next car from Adam.
First Adam was very friendly and personable and wanted to make sure we found a car that fit our needs. He is very knowledgeable and explained all the features of our Sonata. He went above and beyond our expectations, and we are happy with our purchase.
