Dont ever use there VIP SERVICE!!! They knew to pick up car anytime after 8am and have it back before 4:30pm. They knew they were only suppose to do the recall work and thats it and it was suppose to be returned back to her work before 4:30pm. Was it? NO!! My wife had to call them and stand outside for another 25 mins and then had to go all the way back into town to drop the guy off back at the dealership. Freaking ridiculous! All they had to say was sorry. Way to treat your customers!

Jeff Warthan is a great person and we loved working wirh him. But, will never go to this dealership again. The day we bought the car, the employees are nice you the minute you walk off the dealership with your car, they could care less about you. I am writing this review the day after we bought the vehicle and the water pump is about to go and they will not do anything about it. A couple hundred dollars may be pocket change to some but its a lot to us. They said they cant do anything about it yet the car went through inspect... read more

Paying over 10k for a car and no owners manual. They didnt even remburse me after I bought one from a Chevy dealer in Plattvile. Check glove box for it cause they seem not to want repeat business over a $50 manual. When asking questions about the vechile they will put off ansers and most likely wont anser them at all. They will change subject hoping you will forget to ask again. .Also watch out for high pressure service contracts being jammed down your throat. Adam Had made us feel comfortable when dealing with us about our car we purchased. However that experience with the financial office was not as comfortable. Ben and Travis worked hard at getting us a decent rate but I was concerned that we would get alot of hits against our credit score with they way care dealerships work when determining the financial to get us the best offer. I was intending of purchasing my new Nissan Maxima out of town since their Warthan has a poor reputation. However, they had the best price between the two dealerships. I will never buy based on price alone again. There service department is horrible, and the sales staff does not leave you alone. Prior to purchasing the vehicle I felt like I was being stalked receiving multiple phone calls everyday. The service department is awful and takes over a week to get in for an oil change. This is the only BMW dealer in our area so we had to bring our BMW there to get it serviced. We were quoted a price of $1100.00 for labor and parts and we decided to wait until after winter (when it is stored) to get the work done. We went back to get the work done and they pulled up the quote and said they would no longer honor it and charged more. First the cons: 1)Their internet site there is no one ever to talk to, which I can understand if they are occupied with sales or financing, if that being the case why put it up. 2) The only other con that comes to mind is in the same area. They do not list the prices of their vehicles online, plenty of good pics but no prices. There is a way around it and that is by going to thonline.com and going through the classifieds. I bought from Kruse Warthan because they gave me a rock bottom price on a new Hyundai Sonata. I will never buy based on price EVER again! Their after sales service and support was terrible! 1) I purchased the car from out of town, so they had me send a bunch of financial data so that they could have the forms pre-printed, pre-assembled, and ready for signing. I went to this dealer to get my oil changed on my 2004 Hyundai Sonata. Before we even talked about my oil I was told my car needed to have the 60,000 mile check over for a mere $750 or I was taking a chance of having my car fall apart. I told him I wasn't interested--I got the look. I told him I thought I had a headlight out. I asked if it would be covered under warranty. He said I was about 1000 miles over for it to be covered.
