Ales was very professional and knowledgeable. It was a very easy processing and totally stress free. He walked me thru every feature of car and how to use it. When we go to buy our next car we will definitely come back to Ales.
I worked with Jake Britt in my purchase of my CPO 2015 BMW 328i. From the very start of the sales cycle Jake was attentive and responsive. He listened more than he spoke, which is what I believe distinguishes the true sales professional. I told him specifically what I wanted in my next car, he listened and made it happen. He also provided great "after the sale" service, when the car I purchased needed a few adjustments after it was delivered. I strongly recommend Jake and will be working with him again on my next purchase.
We were ready for a new driving experience and decided to hunt for a certified pre-owned BMW i3. Also, being new to the area we wanted to find one local so started searching with AutoTrader. By far, purchasing my new car from John Draz was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. We were looking to make a quick decision on a new car - deciding between and Audi and BMW. We had a set of must have features to evaluate. A great dealer/sales person from our view explains the feature, quickly gets us into a car to test drive, and then willing to competitively match pricing from others (i.e. Truecar).
