My experience at leith BMW was quick and painless. I was promptly greeted and offered refreshments. Grant was knowledgeable and personable. I was doing a lease turnin so I didn't need selling but the process and experience was still enjoyable. I will request Grant in the future for my next purchase.

We had an unfortunate event occur with the car I had selected. I meet Grant the next morning to purchase the car but it has been sold the evening before. Grant went over and above trying to make it up to me and find me a comparable car. A car was located and I came back to the dealership to test drive it. I was going to buy a Mercedes, but Jake's patience & knowledge won me over. Exceptional focus on the details and not to mention Mitch, the car genius, stayed late to help me with all the options in my BMW. I cannot stress how great the customer service was at Leith, and it was so great I bought a second BMW four days later.
