John was very helpful in purchase of my new car and trade of my old car. He was friendly and answered all questions that I had.
We went to the dealership onMonday and spoke to Grant. Because we were running short on time we had to come back on Wednesday. We explained to him what we were looking for and left. When I called him to let him know that we were on our way and that we had found a car on their website that we wanted to drive. Charles was hands down the best salesman I have ever encountered at a car dealership. He was professional, courteous, not pushy, knowledgable, great sense of humor, and acted with integrity and honesty. Barry was absolutely amazing to work with! Bless his heart I was all over the place deciding on which model I wanted to go with and he was patient the entire time! He never rushed me or was pushy what so ever. He also breaks down numbers and the car buying experience into terms that non- car business people can understand. Bought my first BMW from Ales in 2012. Even though I have moved and there are BMW dealerships closer to my new home I returned to Ales for my new 2018 BMW. Everything he said he did. It was a seamless purchase. Thank you Ales.
Grant was awesome from the get go. I came in even tho they were closing he saw my frustration and my immediate need for a vehicle and took ownership even though it was the holiday weekend and he had his family waiting at home. That’s to be commended.
