Not only was I greeted by the GM, Sean Beach, upon my arrival, I was given top notch service on my trips to the dealership. I was set up with a BMW "genius," Charles, to tell me all about the cars I was looking at and test drove, and never did I feel like I was getting sold. As a sales person, myself, I don't like dealing with the sales-y stereotype.
