Got to the dealership on one of the coldest mornings in 2017. John spent 2 hrs on the lot with me, then an hour through lunch time inside patiently showing me car after car. The car I had seen on their site had already been sold and he helped me find an even nicer car so I could buy my first one. Everyone else at the dealership were nice, and it was one of the best dealership experiences I've has so far. Will be going back.
I was going in the market to purchase a convertible. My wife and I had been looking at BMW, Infinity, and Audi. When looking at the vehicles the thing that stuck out to me was the incredible depth of knowledge that Richard, our salesman, had on each vehicle and especially for the car we ended up buying.
