I first came to visit Leith BMW in December last year. I didn't purchase a vehicle then cause I had a unique problem and explained that to my salesman. But despite leaving, he contacted me again on 8 February with a great deal. I was surprised he didn't just forget about me. Sales experience was very good, Davis was knowledgeable and acted in an advisory capacity through the the process. He took all the pressure off and worked with us until we found the right car at the right price. He treated us like customers, and not a piece of meet like you get from most dealerships. Our purchase experience of the BMW i3 from Leith over all was great! Henry Caldwell, our salesman, was a pleasure to deal with! Took us on a very thorough test drive so we could see how the car reacted in different situations. Was not pushy but followed up with us. Mitch Hart the BMW genius was extremely helpful when it came to getting us educated on our new car. He made it fun to learn about the car!!

We were very happy with our purchase of a used Cadillac Escalade ESV. We worked with Kent Beard and he made the process easy and very low stress, especially considering i had to bring our three young children each time I stopped in! We had a few things we requested to be corrected on the vehicle and that was arranged quickly and a loaner was provided in the interim. Manager was also involved briefly and he was also easy to work with. Overall my husband and I were very happy with all aspects of our experience.
Purchased a new X1 from Leith BMW. I appreciated the extra time and patience exhibited by Henry Caldwell throughout the entire process...including the follow-up. The sales managers and service departments were also very helpful and professional. I love the product and the dealership!
