I recently purchased a 2013 328i through David Malette and I couldn't be happier. I have been dealing with Leith BMW since 1999 and bought more cars than I can remember from Patrick Beach. Patrick always treats me well and works hard to find the car that I want and a great deal. I bought my Certified Pre-Owned 2014 435i from Barry Frucht a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with my purchase experience, the car, and my subsequent service visits to address some very minor touch ups. I feel like I've graduated to an exclusive car buying experience where all the previous purchases were just so so. I hadn't intended to buy a car at all - I was just there to drive my husband home after he dropped off his BMW for service. But as long as we were there, I thought I'd at least look at the SUVs...and a few hours later I drove home in one. Partly that's because the vehicle itself was just so marvelous, but also because everyone at Leith was extremely lovely to deal with. I never felt pressured or talked down to. My wife and I have been driving BMW's since 1970. I've had good memories with the service staff, because thy service some of my cars over the years. I've never had dealings with the sale staff until this year. On May 3, 2016, I purchase a 2013 750LI. Barry Frucht was the sales representative. Barry is a great person to work with. A BMW has always been a car I wanted and when the time came to purchase a car this was the dealer I went to. From beginning to end, the experience was fantastic. Joel (BMW Genius) started us with a test drive of the 2016 X3 and then turned us over to John Draz who was awesome at answering our questions and working with us throughout the process.
