He recommended different options and explained the technical advantages of each, taking the time to find a model to demonstrate in practice. This is our go-to dealership! Just purchased our third X5 (the 2nd one from this dealership). DAVID MALETTE assisted us through the entire sales process. A couple of weeks ago I purchased my BMW X3 with Richard Williams. I could not have asked for a better experience, he was very knowledgeable, not pushy and presented vehicles to me that I expressed I would be interested in. I'd been looking at electric cars, a colleague recommended Letih BMW where he'd bough an i3 recently. I emailed Brad Timberlake (sales) and told him what I was looking for, we arranged a time to come test drive the i3. After doing a test drive, we decided to trade our 3 Series, for a purchase of a 5 series. David Malette made the process easy and efficient. He was thorough and knowledgeable, a true professional. He helped make this a very easy and enjoyable experience. He also gave us a clear overview of the new features on the vehicle which helped us to make the switch safely.
