I recently purchased a new 2016 BMW X3 working with Kent Beard at Leith BMW. I tried out many other vehicles over a period of 6 months before deciding on the X3 due to a sporty feel and good cargo room for a small SUV. Kent was a great sales associate to work with. He was accessible, quick to respond to email or phone inquiries and had great knowledge of the vehicle. The purchase process was the smoothest I've experienced.

John Draz made our purchase of a 2016 BMW 320i a pleasant and educational experience. John went out of his way to make this experience enjoyable and comfortable, without undue pressure and with friendly humor, and with a careful and thorough overview of the amazing new electronics of this year's model. Mr. Brad Timberlake did a through job to help me get a newly leased car. First, he caught my attention about the recall for the airbag defect of my X-1 on lease. His suggestion of the change to a new car with discount to replace X-1 appeared to be a quick and easy way for me to have a new car. The lease of X-1 has only 4 more months. Picking up a new car is a time-consuming process. Brad's patience and careful home work finally helped us find the right one, a 2016 model of 320i, which is comfortable for both my wife and me.
