I liked their service department. As soon as I call my phone os transferred to service adviser. I have Lexus and they never pick up the phone and leave you on hold forever. I did have to wait here at all. Service was done as promised. I do appreciate that.

Working with Cue and the sales management team was by far the smoothest and stress free car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Doug Shultz is just great. I have a 2011 335i and it still gets the plastic on the seats and attention as the new vehicles coming in. I appreciate when someone respects my car as much as I do. Service was completed and they worked with my extended warranty without issue. The only place I’ll take my car for service.
