Great service It was our first time that we brought our car to this service center, and we recieved an excellent attention, the advisor answer all our questions about the car no other aspects related with the maintenance process.
Great Service on my 10+ year old BMW My 325i is getting older. Even though my BMW is well over 10 years old, they treated me like I just drove up in a top of the line model. My questions were noted that morning and I was quoted a price to make needed repairs later that day. The work was scheduled to be completed by the end of the day on friday. Incredible Service After the recent flooding in Houston I needed to purchase another vehicle unexpectedly. After searching on line for a bit I came across a BMW at the BMW West dealership. I made an appointment with Barry Bailey. Upon arriving to my dismay the car I went to look at was driving off with it's new owner. Service with Jose M service with Jose M was fast and as promised. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Waiting area is nice, free coffee! Wifi. Ect. Just need to bring back the free donuts like cat the old location.
