Great Service with excellent salesperson I recently bought my X5 from BMW of West Houston and Jared Williard was the salesperson who helped me with ordering a custom build. He was very patient while answering my questions and provided me with regular updates about the delivery. This made the whole end-to-end process of getting my new car (and my first bimmer) very smooth. BMW 535 My salesperson Barry Bailey greeted us as soon as we walked in and was great !! He is very personable and knowledgeable. I was impressed on how well he knew all the details of the cars that we looked at. He was patient and professional from the test drives to making the deal. Great Experience Went to BMW of West Houston recently to look at a used 328i for my son. While there, I found a Certified Preowned 528i I really liked, so we ended up purchasing both. The process with our salesman, Jared Willard, was outstanding. He was pleasant and easy to deal with; we told him what we could do and he quickly worked the deal for us. Great Expierence I recently leased a X6 from West Houston BMW and it was an overall great experience. Jared our salesperson was fantastic. He was very responsive to all of our request and worked very hard to ensure that we got the best deal. Maria was also a pleasure to meet and deal with and was instrumental in helping to get it done. Lordes in the finance department was pleasant and helpful as well. By far my best car buying experience ever! I would definitely buy again!!
