BMW WEST...Excellent Customer Service! Excellent customer service. Very efficient and professional. I showed up to service my car with no appointment on a Saturday and they took me right away and even gave a loaner so I can continue with my days activities. Great service My service representative was kind and informative.
Tommy Luk Tommy Luk did an excellent job being patient with me from day one. It took me about 5 months to decide if I wanted a car or not, and Tommy stayed in contact with me every step of the way. Tommy kept me updated on any new deals that I might want to take advantage of as well as new incoming cars. Every question I ask he was able to answer from the specs on the car to the estimate on financing. Tommy made my experience one to remember, and I will recommend him to everyone I know who is interested in buying a BMW.
