Enjoyable BMW Purchase Experince This car buying experience was just great. One of the best that I've had. Gary the customer sales assistance was wonderful and went over and above in helping my family obtain the vehicle.
Kevin made experience easy Kevin made the car buying experince easy. He was very understaning and workable. The only issue I have is that I was not told this car came with only one key. I was also told that a replacement key is $150 when in fact it is $425. I would like this issue resolved. I do not feel secure knowing that I only have one key and if lost I would be stuck. Other than that, so far the car is fine. Please help.
Great Selection I chose to drive five hours to get my car because the dealers selection, and pricing, was superior to anyone in my state. The salesperson was very responsive to dealing by e-mail and the car was ready and the deal already agreed upon before walking into the dealer. After a short test drive it was just a matter of signing papers.
