Great experience Mini of Dallas is the best. Had the most fun and bearable car buying experience here. Zach helped us a lot and was very helpful from the start. These people go above and beyond to get you what you want. I'm still hanging on to other promises made in this deal, and so far they have been delivering well.

An awesome test drive to begin The whole experience was very professional and clean. It all started with a fantastic test drive day. I had dropped by to see the models and didn't have a specific car in mind. The head of the sales team Lee Carter did a fantastic job. Great Car Sales Rep (Kent Cochran) The Sales Rep I dealt with Kent Cochran was amazing. He is so different and all these experiences I have had in the past with car sales people was completely out of question. He proactively looks for ways to save you money. Even things he doesn't know he takes the pain the find out from colleagues and within the BMW network. He is an amazing guy and I will recommend to go to BMW of Dallas in the Highland Park Area. Work with Kent if you can and you will be very satisfied

Great customer service! Enjoyable experience Went in to look at minis, after a disappointing experience at the jeep dealership. Aside from the fact that the countryman looked super clean, the atmosphere of the dealership was on point and my representative, John, was informative throughout the entire process. Overall a great experience and I would HIGHLY recommend mini of dallas to anyone looking to buy!
