Highly Recommended!! My experience in the purchase of a 2015 bmw x3 was outstanding. Edwin Liu is an outstanding trustworthy and very professional salesman. He explained the car details to us very carefully. We have purchased quite a few cars and this by far was my best experience. Elsa Nunez also Provided excellent customer service above and beyond what was expected. She made sure we was completly satisfied with everything we needed and treated us like we were the most important customers.
Great Vehicle... Love my new vehicle. The salesman wasn't clear on several things, but worked hard to find out, get things fixed and to my standards so I give him a 5 for that. I believe he is new but has great potential. Integrity concerns about what I was told about my potential trade in, stating it was in a wreck when it was not. Best place in Dallas to buy a BMW This is my third BMW from BMW Dallas and the experience has been nothing short of great for all three cars. My salesman, Joe, has gone the extra mile in locating the car that I have requested and matched it up to my specs. My service has always been timely and professional. Can't say enough good things about BMW of Dallas.
Establishing a new lease and return of my used car The service was excellent. The salesman listened to my needs and worked with me in returning a BMW leased car and establishing a new 3year lease for another 328i. The pricing was more competitive than the other dealer in town. Overall, they made it a very favorable experience.

Great Experience Having never purchased a luxury brand, BMW of Dallas fulfilled all that I dreamed an experience would be. At first its a little intimidating, but my salesperson put me at ease and it turned out to be a great process. The ultimate part was seeing my car for the first time as we exited the elevator, perfect and ready to go.
Great overall experience I had worked with a few dealerships before to find the car I was looking for with no success. BMW of Dallas had a few to choose from and Landon helped me decipher which one suited me best. He made the entire process very painless and the financing portion was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend and I know that I will do more business with them in the future.
