BMW service at Dallas location Service was quicker than expected. Quality of work was great. But, the best part was Victor?s attitude, attention to detail and his wildness to make the customer experience special. Excellent would return.

Incredible Service I decided to purchase a new 2021 M5 Competition that required me to order it from Germany. The process of choosing all features for the car was easy and the hard part was the wait. 62 days and the car was done the day it arrived on the truck, and when I arrived the paperwork was ready and Matt went over all the new tech these cars have and he was great, Mike Torchia my salesman was TERRIFIC...no pressure and very professional. Exceptional customer service I had a great rate from my bank but they beat it. The process was fairly simple and straightforward and the finance portion of the transaction took very little time compared to my previous experiences buying cars.

BMW Dallas Joey Eaves was very professional throughout the entire process. I?m actually from the Houston area and I found the car I wanted in Dallas but I was unable to get to Dallas at the time.. Instead of losing the car Joey set me up with a dealership in Houston to complete the buying process. I picked up the car in Dallas later that week and it was as clean as advertised!!
