Battery replaced My battery died, so needed to be replaced. I showed without an appointment and the team worked me in quickly. Andrew Holquinn made sure everything moved smoothly.

Our salesman made the process super easy Ryan Chong hustled to find us the car we wanted. He RAN to get keys, never made us wait, and delivered the car we wanted. The finance department wasn?t too pushy and we left believing we made a good decision with the extras. Park Place Lemmon Ave. gets a nod.

Excellent Experience Initially, I was favoring a different make of SUV. I was simply going to BMW Dallas to do a test drive of the X3 for the sake of comparison. However, after visiting, my mind was changed. The sales staff I worked with were very attentive, clear and low pressure. I felt very comfortable knowing that they were getting me exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle without trying to rip me off. This was one of the best car buying experience I have had.
Best BMW Experience at BMW of Dallas Excellent 2nd time buying experience! Gary Aggas was very helpful and never made me feel uncomfortable during the buying process. Will definitely buy from him again. Wanted to thank BMW Of dallas and Gary Aggas for the excellent service I received on my 2021 X3. Great experience. Thanks again.
