BMW Jan 2021 Have been requesting help with operation of settings/display since I bought this (my 3rd) BMW and you continually fall short of SIMPLY providing ACCURATE answers to my questions. BMW ?genius? on day of purchase was anything but. And since, I have had to continually ask multiple times when I was in for service just to get an attempt at answers. Can?t your service guys just take a note or something???
Service Experience A little disappointed in the communication regarding service of my car. I had my Z4 towed to the dealership with a tire issue on Saturday January 2nd. I had been told that I would receive a call once the car arrived. I called almost 4 hours later to find out what was going on because I had not heard anything. Great Experience at BMW of Dallas I had an excellent experience purchasing a 2018 CPO BMW XI from BMW of Dallas. Joe E. was my Sales Representative and he exceeded my expectations. He had the car ready for me to test drive at my scheduled appointment time. When I made the decision to purchase, he was able to handle all of the pre-application paperwork electronically. Almost great Only reason I don?t give 5 stars is I was told Lyft would take me home and return me to dealership when repairs are complete. Lyft took me home and it was great. When I was notified my car was ready I text service rep to send the Lyft but never received a response. After a while i gave up and called a friend to give me a ride. Disappointed they didn?t follow through on providing the return ride with Lyft. Everything else, repairs and service was well done.
