BMW Dallas The people in the service department are great! They provided a video of the repair that was needed and provided a top of the line loaner car.

Great ownership experience BMW of Dallas is a great one stop shop for BMW owners. The buying experience is not the stereotypical ?car salesman? approach, as the sales staff is attentive without pressuring. The service staff is friendly, transparent and knowledgeable. As you would expect with a BMW, the facility is top notch as well. Actually staying in the shop to wait for your car while it?s being worked can be a pleasure. On my third BMW with these folks, and I wouldn?t go anywhere else.
