Great service experience! I have been visiting this service center for five years, and the experience is always great. First of all, setting an appointment is always simple, and in doing so, the service advisor always knows who I am and my history - which makes the experience seem very personal. bmw purchased Alex Duvall was outstanding. The car had a minor airconditioning noise and he had it sent back for inspection. The mechanics found a leaf in the blower. He fixed the problem and we purchased the car. By far the easiest car experience every. I have been buying bmw's since 1999.
