Car buyer Joe deserves a pat on the back! Our purchase experience was long distance this time, and it was flawless, except for the BMW computers that went down at 3 pm on Sat when we were finishing our transaction. This is our fifth transactions with Joe and BMW of Dallas and it could not have been better! To top it off BMW sent their guy to our home 325 miles away to treat the interior and exterior with a protective coat of something to keep it fresh!
