Buying a Grand Cherokee The sales team was not pushy unlike other dealerships that I had been looking at. I had been given the opportunity to bring my car home, kept it for 3 days and ended up buying a Grand Cherokee instead of the Toyota 4Runner.
Great service as always BMW Dallas takes great care of me and my car. Everything step is explained and service is exemplary.
Windshield replaced and 30,000 mile maintenance Excellent. The service advisor was very helpful in communicating with my insurance company.
XM radio upgrade BMW X5 2010 Detected recalls on my vehicle and fixed all at no charge. The Xm upgrade went perfect. Nice loaner car as well.

Great and swift service. I had taken my car in for a rattle noise and some squealing brakes. The rattle sound at first could not be sourced, and the brakes nothing could be done about but in completely understandable terms as the dealer that sold it to me did not use OEM BMW Brake pads. While they looked at my vehicle they spotted some oil leaks which I originally hadn't taken it in for, they let me know, got it fixed and handed my vehicle to me the next day, which was great!
