Car service Reese was professional and willing to go beyond the usual. I feel fortunate to have him as our contact person. I would give him 5 stars. Getting a loaner car was less pleasant. They tried to give me a car with bird droppings and said they would wash it after I returned it. The car would never have been offered to me.
