title of what? bmw of dallas? I was late in getting the repaired car back due to illness of service advisor, but this was no big deal since I had a loaner car that was better than the car being repaired.

Great Service Experience! Great service. Took my car for a Spring Check and Car was serviced within 90 minutes as promised. Shaun helped me from start to beginning, patiently listening to my concerns and advising on the solution. I live in North Frisco and normally visiting BMW of Dallas takes me twice the time over visiting their competition, but I feel it is worth the extra time for travelling.
