Professional and Painless I worked through D&M Leasing to purchase by BMW X5 xDrive 35i. Once I got to BMW Dallas to pick up my car and sign the paperwork, Joe E was amazing. Outstanding customer service I?ve been a customer of BMW of Dallas for over 9 years now & although there are other dealerships, my husband and I always go back due to their outstanding customer service and personable employees.
Excellent Experience We had 2 warning lights on the Mini and wanted the issues resolved. Meaning of each was clearly explained, something you could not get from the owners manual. Repairs were done in a short time and because of extended service contract there was no charge.

Great for maintenance I can't praise these guys enough. When I had my air conditioning maintained in the summer, John gave me a printout of the things I would need to replace/fix in the future. Sure enough, four months later I started hearing some moaning and groaning from my front suspension (which was the first item on the list). I ran my car in got many of the maintenance items fixed.
