BMW X3 from BMW of Dallas I would highly recommend BMW of Dallas. My sales advisor Tad Bennett made the entire process extremely easy. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, answered all of my questions, and gave me a fair deal. The service department also did a great job on my window tints and fixing two minor dents for me.
New car. Purchasing a vehicle can be a tedious exhausting process -Brian made it comfortable -he is informative without being overbearing -after narrowing down selection between Audi & BMW -it came down to the actual drive of vehicle & his willingness to find exactly what I wanted & integriy -small follow up with service with andrew is prompt & thorough -quick loaner -Brian goes above & beyond

My New BMW 5 Series I went in to purchase a loaner car which has very low miles on it. They have been very patient in explaining me the features and the price and open for negotiations. i felt that they gave me a fair deal without much struggle. They explained me every detail what i can expect from them in the next three years.

BMW of Dallas service At BMW Dallas they do what they say when they say and always polite. Nice waiting area.
Bought a pre-owned BMW from BMW of Dallas Alex Guzman is very transparent with the pre-owned BMW we looked at, he pointed out both the good and bad and put us at ease, definitely not a high pressure sales environment. He is attentive, courteous, and professional, followed through on each item and delivered beyond what we expected even though we were buying a lower end car in the lot. I will buy another car from him.
