2015 X5 BMW Service at BMW of Dallas This dealership is always great, I have used them since 2003 when I purchased my first BMW. This visit was just for general service (oil change, cabin filters, etc) but as always I received great treatment. The dealership has great employees who are always friendly and great to deal with. Flush & Fill, multi-point check on Mini Countryman This dealership has great service reps who work hard juggling sometimes unexpected computer system updates (like on this particular visit), customer expectations, and service techs. They go so far as to teach their techs how to use new technology processes like photos and texting/emailing customers their car parts to help facilitate communication back and forth and decisions on service choices.
