Extremely pleasant buying experience This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I negotiated the price with my salesperson Jamie Forbes through emails/ phone calls . She text pictures of the actual car I was purchasing and had all the paper work ready when I arrived.
Bmw 310i SA I went first as a return customer to BMW of Plano/ Kelly Bryant. He back talked to me, told me no one wanted my 2016 Mazda 3Sport trade in, told me he was making any $ out of my deal so i walked away and headed to BMW of Dallas. Thanks BMW of Dallas! I don't live in Texas yet I did not hesitate once to contact BMW of Dallas. Cory, William and Mike helped me swiftly and got all the paperwork ready and sent out to me overnight once the price was decided upon. The car was sent out and they took care of everything needed in order for me to get the car in the best condition. The delivery took about 5 days, but it was received in a great condition. Thank you! I recommend them highly for purchase of any new or CPO cars.

Customer Service Review I have an excellent experience getting my car repaired. Vernon F Burns went far beyond the call of duty with customer service during and after my repair experience. He informed me to expect a phone call to make sure that I was satisfied with the service quality I received. His statement went in one ear and out the other, so you can imagine my surprise when I did receive a call from him on "SATURDAY". He gets a 10 star from me for customer service!
BMW and Mini of Dallas and Chris Jurgens I have been buying and leasing vehicles from this dealership and from Chris for 15 years and in that time I have always been treated well. Chris is a professional and we get our deals done quickly and without hassle. The F&I guys also don't beat me up, so I don't feel worn out and like I need a vacation when I get home from buying a car from these guys.
Joey Eaves expert salesman at BMW of Dallas Joey was the perfect fit for us. Kind, engaging and he got us the car we wanted. So helpful even now. Absolutely the best buying experience!!
