Service Manager Provided Excellent Service My daughter's vehicle had a problem in the air conditioning system which caused the refrigerant to slowly leak to the point where the air coming out of the vents was no longer cool. We took her car to two other shops which were unable to locate the source of the leak. They added Freon which would again slowly leak. new 335i I left my car at service and found a new one on the showroom floor. David Ramos was very patient with me while I juggled work emails and debated with friends as to whether I was getting a deal or not. Mostly I was anxious to get a car with new technology and this is what I got. I enjoyed working with David; he is honest and candid, makes you feel comfortable. My new car is amazing!

Excellent Service As Always by my service advisor I came in for standard service on my 2015 BMW 435i on a busy morning. I opened the door to my service advisor's office (Vincent Hudson) and was greeting by name immediately. This tells me that he is both cognizant and caring.
