Best repair service from any dealership I brought my Mini Cooper hardtop to Mini of Dallas for an oil change, tire replacement, alignment, and repair for broken rear brake lights. Since my car is a little over 4 years old, it is no longer under warranty and the cost to replace the brake lights was quoted for >$900, which I wasn't prepared for on top of the other services that I had budgeted for. No haggling Kevin Choi did a good job explaining the car. I was mainly looking at technology and he was very informed. I do not buy a car that often, but compared to the Ford dealer down the road, it was a much more pleasant experience here. I still do not know how good a deal the insurance was, I know they have room to negotiate, but not having the background, I just listened to my gut. Great outcome with the buying process. I loved the BMW of Dallas the curiosity of the people was fantastic, and Patrick Kirk was outstanding, he made us feel like we knew him for years and that really made us feel comfortable with the buying process.
