Buying a new car I am so happy with BMW of Dallas and especially Joe Yetzer, my salesman. He is wonderful and as long as he is around. I will keep buying BMWs. However, the actual buying part took 4 1/2 hours and I had walked into the dealership with a check on my hand. There is no reason to treat a very loyal customer with such lazy disregard. This does NOT apply to Joe Yetzer who was doing every thing he could to speed up the process. Thank you for letting me vent. Mary McDermott Cook
Great Service and Maintenance! I brought my BMW 750LI X Drive to BMW of Dallas for some maintenance. I was a little uneasy in the beginning. However, Carrie, my account representative, made my experience very pleasant! She kept me posted about what type of maintenance was going to occur and always kept me in the loop on what was going on with my car, so it wouldn't be any surprises!
