I am always beyond amazed at the service staff here at Schaeffer BMW...from sales to service. Larry and Mike in service always take great care of me any time that I need to come into the service department. They make me feel appreciated! My husband and I both are happy to be a part of the Schaeffer BMW family! Thanks Larry for having the most awesome service department and staff that I have ever experienced!!! You guys ROCK!!
Absoultly Wonderful People & Great Place todo Business! Had issues with my sunroof closing and of course it was poring down raining that day so I called them up @ 6:45pm on Friday and they waited for me to get there to drop of my car and had a loaner their waiting for my out front waiting for me so I could leave my car inside over the weekend so it wouldn't get all wet inside with the rain. Like I said GREAT Service, People & Establishment...Hands Down!!!!
